Orders, Returns & Shipping Policy

At Obviously Apparel, we believe your online shopping experience should be enjoyable, simple and successful.

To that end, we have designed our ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.
 

Payment

We accept the world’s most secure online payment system, PayPal. A full list of the countries where PayPal operates can be found HERE.

Direct credit card payment can be made through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account. Once directed to the PayPal payment page follow the option in the box under where PayPal log in details are entered. The wording is different depending on your location worldwide.

Shipping & Orders

Shipping Costs: FREE for orders over $100 Australian Dollars (AUD); $10.95 AUD for orders less than $100 AUD

Shipping: worldwide express courier shipping sent from China

Order Fulfillment: 48 hours

Delivery Time: 5 -10 business days after order fulfilment

Tracking Number: Sent to customer within 2 days of shipping

 

Worldwide Express Courier Shipping

During the ordering process the shipping charge will continue to be displayed in the shopping bag irrespective of the quantity purchased. The shipping discount will be applied during the check-out process.

In the case that your order value exceeds $100 AUD then the shipping discount will equal the shipping charge, meaning it will be FREE OF CHARGE for you!

 

Shipping & Handling

Please note that there might be some customs/taxes/duties payable in certain countries that are unfortunately beyond our control. If you are not sure if your country has any, we advise you to contact your local customs office and find out.

Obviously Apparel is not liable for any losses incurred in situations where the order is undeliverable following multiple delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made to the address provided during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for any loss incurred due to the destruction of the order by the delivery service in the event of the order being deemed undeliverable by the delivery service.

Estimated delivery times are for items we have in stock, from the date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

Please note: Obviously Apparel reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. While we ensure that all orders are processed within the specified time frame, any delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control.


Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you with the option of either amending your order, or shipping products immediately and the remaining balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).


Order Status & Returns

Obviously Apparel will only refund an order where we are unable to fulfil your order due to insufficient stock, so please select carefully before purchasing. Obviously Apparel generally will not accept refunds or returns for incorrect product selections (e.g. “I ordered the wrong size/style”; “I tried it on and it doesn’t fit”) or change of mind (e.g “I have changed my mind since I placed the order”; “It’s not what I was hoping for”).

If you realise that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we may be able to correct your order. Please note that we process orders daily, even on weekends, and once the order has been picked, packed and/or shipped we are unable to assist you with any correction.
